Happy Easter!

Ty sure enjoyed his first Easter here in the States! In the morning, Kayla and Isaac showed him where to find his Easter basket. He wasn't sure why he was getting this but didn't seem to mind once he found gum and balls in there. Kayla also made an interesting observation... she said, "the Easter Bunny must shop at Target too!" Yep, I guess he does. :-) Then they got ready for church and Ty got to put on his new outfit that he had picked out during one of our trips to the store. He was sure glad to finally be able to wear it! After church we went out to eat and he tried some of his cousins green jello... that was so funny! He just sat there with the jello in his mouth laughing because it just kept jiggling around, and before long he had the whole table laughing! After lunch they went to Grandma's and Grandpa's to get Easter baskets that Grandma had made up for them. When he saw those he started jumping around laughing and saying "thank you". He sure catches on quick! :-)

Later that evening we had my family for dinner and our annual Easter egg hunt with all the cousins! He sure got the hang of it pretty quickly! He's a survivor, even in an egg hunt... he was determined to get as many eggs as everyone else! Here's another short video of him helping out Katie and Kayla on a scavenger hunt! As you can tell... he was a big help! :-)
