Here are some pictures I took of Ty helping with some Easter cooking. We were making carrot cake and icing. He is always very interested in what I am cooking. Of course, he likes to taste everything and he wants to know the names of everything I am using. Well, after all that work I would like to report how well the carrot cake turned out but... no such luck. Somewhere between grating carrots and Ty's motorcycle racing through the bowl I must have forgot something... we ended up running out to buy a dessert!
Taking Ty to the store now-a-days is always an experience. We were walking through the parking lot... well, actually Isaac and Ty were running and I was trying to get them to stop. All of a sudden Ty starts yelling "Whoaoaoaooa" and turns around and runs full speed into Isaac. Something obviously scared him and then he begins to tell me why he is so scared and points to a lady with a HUGE black furry coat on. That is one time I was thankful he couldn't speak English. :-) It's also a treat to take two 5 year old boys by the swimsuit section in Target. They were laughing and giggling so hard... I am not ready to deal with that yet. :-/
