Hugs

There hasn't been too much to report these last couple of days because I have been fighting a bad cold and just haven't felt up to doing much. Ty keeps looking at me and asking if we are going to go in the "makeena" and when I say no he just seems a little confused. :-) I wish he understood that it's not that easy to take him out and about when he keeps picking up everything he sees and asking for it... especially if it is clothes!

Today El came home for part of the day which confused Ty and he kept asking me if I was going to work (masarat). I said no and he would just smile and look from El to me and back again. It's cute when he is confused but happy. It will be nice when one day he can understand everything we are telling him. Poor guy still just pieces most of life together and figures out our family patterns, which is why El coming home in the middle of the day and staying home confused him. Well, the reason El came home wasn't a good one... his wallet got stolen last night and this morning by the time he figured it out... all of the credit cards had used. It seems somebody got some pretty nice things at Best Buy! So today he was busy closing cards and getting new ones. Hopefully, that was the end of their fun. Later tonight El had to go back to work to implement a project and Ty and Isaac got to go with him. His dream come true! He was so excited to go and then an hour later all he wanted was to come back home. :-) Hopefully, he got that out of his system (his always asking to go to work with El).

The one other thing that Ty has begun to do is try to get right in the middle of El and I if we are hugging. It is so cute! He sure can't get enough hugs! This morning El was teasing him and told him that I was his (El's) and then Ty pointed to himself and asked if he was his (El's) too! I think he is beginning to understand and wants to make sure that he is part of the family too! Then he will get up and hug us as tight as he can and doesn't let go! It is so sweet to watch as he progresses into this new stage... of wanting and asking for hugs and kisses!
