Home!

Fitsum was glad to see everyone at the airport. I was surprised at how well he did considering all the people who were there to greet him. He was happy and was giving hugs! I couldn't have asked for a better response from him. It was so wonderful to finally be able to see him! He did well meeting everyone.....he liked his balloon from Kayla and ring pop from Johnny......but eventually did look for El again and stayed very close to him. He liked the snow and just kept looking out the window all the way home. El did have to sit in the van with him because at first he was afraid to get in, and wouldn't, until El got in and sat with him.

When he got home he was very happy and looked all around. He found some cars and motorcycles and that was all he did for the afternoon.....played with those! Kayla and Isaac gladly found every car and motorcycle in the house and brought them to him. He picked one up and asked El if the motorcycle was his and when El said "yes" he walked away with a huge smile on his face! He seems so comfortable and happy!

For those of you wondering....... yes, we did put Minnie (the dog) away. She made him nervous too, just like all the other kids that come to play : ). So you probably won't see her in the pictures for quite awhile!
